Addition Land and the Trustees of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Southwark have secured planning approval for the regeneration of unused buildings adjacent to Battersea Park Station and the entrance to the Nine Elms Opportunity Area and close to Battersea Power Station and Battersea Park
The highly sustainable development will provide a bespoke scheme of 20 new build one and two bedroom apartments designed around a cloistered garden by Stirling Prize winners Feilden Clegg Bradley. A new retail/restaurant unit will be provided to Battersea Park Road adjacent to Battersea Park Station.
The scheme will provide a new Parish meeting hall, Sacristy and accommodation for the Church.
Shaw Corporation has assisted Addition Land and the Diocese with the site assembly and co-ordinated the strategy to deliver the planning approval.
